I have been doing hair for 2 and a half years.
My favorite service to perform is color! Specifically color correction because it is challenging and very rewarding!
I knew I wanted to be a stylist after I went to two years of college and it wasn’t for me, worked retail for a couple of years and decided I wanted a job where I could help people and enjoy going to work everyday! So hair styling felt like the perfect fit!
I went to Paul Mitchell.
I work at Gore Salon in Irmo, SC.
My dream job is to be a stand up comedian if I were not a stylist
Something random/funny about me: I can play the violin, French horn, and a little piano.
Funniest client story: completely soaking my bosses 85 year old client at the shampoo bowl and I thought she would be so mad but she laughed hysterically.
Serious story: doing a clients hair for the last time before they start chemo.
I have not been published anywhere but would love to start doing editorial work.
Career goals: Redken color certification and design and to teach one day!
