THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
When you arrive to your appointment our team will greet you with a smile, have you fill out your new client consultation form and fix you up with some refreshments. Next, you will meet your stylist for your consultation. We encourage you to bring photos, tell what you want and don’t want and discuss your daily hair routine.
We will make a plan based on the amount of maintenance that’s right for you, how frequently you’d like to visit the salon, investment and current condition of your hair. With this information we can better understand what you expect and we can provide the best service possible. We will customize your service just for you and store it in our system for all your future visits.
We will finish up your appointment with our stylist discussing styling techniques with you along with product recommendations to maintain your style at home. Lastly, we will schedule your next appointment before check out.
Appointments are very important to the team members at Gore Salon. Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for cancellations of all color, chemical and extension services and 24 hour notice for all other hair services. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
Since the appointment is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee may apply if you fail to give notice! This cancellation policy gives us the opportunity to inform standby guests of any availability and keeps our team members schedules filled. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. “No shows” may be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. For appointments made within a 24 hour period, if you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our polices help to achieve this.
